Visa Information
For authors of accepted manuscripts, we will prepare an invitation letter written in English for your visa application upon request.
In principle, this procedure is applicable only to the authors of accepted papers who have already paid the registration fee through the conference registration system. We only support visa application for attending the conference.
A list of countries with visa exemptions can be found [here] (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan).
Process for issuing an invitation letter for Visa application:
Authors should satisfy all the following conditions from 1) to 5).
| 1) have submitted their final manuscripts; |
| 2) have registered for the conference and paid the registration fees; |
| 3) have booked their flights and accommodations; |
| 4) have filled out the [Visa Information Form]
; and |
| 5) have sent the form to the NecSys 2016 Secretariat:

Airport Information and Directions
There are two airports in the Tokyo area:
From Fune-no-Kagakukan Station to the venue
From Tokyo Teleport Station to the venue
Turn right at the place of the red pointer, and then you will find the entrance.
From Narita International Airport:

4. 1-minute walk to the hotel (After passing the ticketing booth, use the overhead walkway located on the right hand side. The entrance to the hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the Shiodome Sumitomo Building.).
From Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport)

Airport Limousine Bus to Tokyo Conrad Hotel which is located right next to the hotel. (50-65min.).

1. Take Keikyu Kuko Line to Daimon Station (30min.).
2. Take Oedo Subway Line bound for Tochomae to Shiodome Station (2miin.).
3. 1-minute walk to the hotel (Exit towards exit 10 at Shiodome Station. The entrance to the hotel may be accessed from the Shiodome Sumitomo Building underpass.).
